Today we visited your place and ordered wings, fingers, and a small burger. Unfortunately, the food was not fresh, especially the wings and fingers — they tasted old and were not edible. It’s disappointing that food like this was served even though the place was not crowded. Food: 1

Bought a zinger box meal and it was lovely. The beans were hot and the tomato sauce still liquid unlike the crusty stuff I've had at KFC's elsewhere. Chicken was moist and the skin on the chicken crispy the way it should be. Special mention to the lad who does the cleaning in the food court, think his name is Ste? He doesn't stop. Keep up the good work! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We'll be sure to pass on your kind words to Ste as well; he works hard to keep the food court clean. We look forward to welcoming you back for another delicious meal at KFC Liverpool - St Johns Square!
