I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel I need to do so this time. I have been ordering from this KFC branch for several years and, until recently, I had no major complaints. Deliveries were usually prompt and the food met the standard KFC quality I would expect. That is why the recent decline has been so disappointing. Over the past month, I have ordered from this branch three times, and all three orders have been disappointing, particularly the Hot Wings. The quality has been consistently poor. The wings tasted and felt as though they had been cooked long before delivery and left sitting for an extended period. The coating was stale, unpleasant, and nothing like the fresh, crispy product that customers expect from KFC. On one occasion, I ordered four wings and ended up throwing away several of them. On another occasion, I finished the meal but was very disappointed with the quality. Today, I ordered Hot Wings again to give the branch another chance, but unfortunately the same problem remains. I have been eating KFC for nearly 30 years, and these are honestly among the worst Hot Wings I have ever received from any KFC branch. Something has clearly changed at this location recently. Whether it is a management issue, quality control issue, or operational problem, I do not know. However, the current situation is not acceptable and needs attention. I am leaving this review because I believe the management should be aware of the problem, and other customers should know that this has been a consistent issue rather than a one-off bad experience. Unless there is a significant improvement, I will not be ordering from this branch again. Price per person: £1–10 Service: 4
