Difficult for parents – Lack of table service is a major downsideI recently visited KFC Beckton, and unfortunately, the experience was quite stressful due to the ordering system. This branch does not offer table service, which I believe is absolutely essential for parents visiting with young children.It is incredibly difficult to manage kids, find a place to sit, and at the same time, stand around waiting to carry heavy trays of hot food and drinks by yourself. Having table service would completely transform the experience for families, making it much safer and more comfortable. While the food was standard and up to expectations, the lack of this basic, family-friendly service makes me hesitate to return with my children. I truly hope management considers introducing table service in the future to accommodate parents. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Price per person: £10–20

Chips are burnt and manky and full of salt and pepper, and small and look old, aged and horrible. The chicken is not fresh. The service, well going through the drive thru, they make you sit there like a dummy and don't take your order, then you have to drive around, then they tell you that they asked for your order...yes they ask for your order once you've decided to drive forward, fed up of waiting. At KFC Beckton - Gateway Retail Park they seem to have an attitude problem. Like the world owes them something and they way they treat customers is very bad. They are not professional and they don't dress in uniform. There is this one guy, he was sitting on the ledge of the window like he was jumping out of the order window. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
