I usually don’t post reviews on Google but because of the great customer service by Rajdeep, I am writing this. Yesterday I went to KFC hayes and Rajdeep was such a kind member of staff and gave me food without any wait. She even welcomed me when I entered to this restaurant. Had great experiencewould highly recommend this place Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am very disappointed with the service at this KFC. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident—almost every time we place an order, one or more items are missing. It appears to be the same staff member making the same mistake repeatedly, yet the issue has not been addressed. Having to return to the restaurant to collect missing items is both inconvenient and frustrating, costing us additional time and fuel. While the staff usually apologise, a simple “sorry” is no longer enough when the same problem continues to happen. Management should ensure that all orders are carefully checked before they are handed to customers and provide appropriate training to staff to prevent these repeated errors. Customers should be able to trust that their orders will be complete without having to double-check or make unnecessary return trips. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that meaningful improvements are made to the quality of service.
