Complete rubbish and dishonest. Poor management who have no decision making capacity and have no understanding of customer service. Half way though our 2 meals, the Drinks were flat and no ice, when returned told machine is out of CO2, note no signs informing beforehand, then offered refund by another staff member to then be told oh you’ve eaten some of it so can’t. Simple solution was to offer a bottle of Pepsi in place for the 2 drinks. However had to argue with the manager to get my point across. Absolute rubbish service, this existing team is going to run this into the ground. . Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointed. The food tasted bitter and off. My Pepsi was completely flat, and when I asked for a bottle of water, I was given the wrong drinks and then tap water instead. The customer service was poor and unhelpful. I also wasn’t given a receipt or order number. Would not recommend. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Driving down to Luton on business from Lancaster (217 miles) decided before my return journey to grab a KFC.. WOW what a load of rubbish that is now, everything reduced in size is just a start! Unfriendly staff on drive through, not any courtesy at all. All the food was as bad as Ive ever had, tough dry chicken in the fillet burger (when did that become like a standard £1 Macdonalds burger in size?) the chicken strip was about as big as a 50p a single mouthful! The mayo was like runny water compared to what I’ve had in the past, The oil must be a week old as it was on the verge of rancid…. £10 I’ll never spend there again ever ever! (boneless box meal).. Stay well clear and go get a meal deal from a supermarket or something else… My guess as a 35 year retailer is that this store is running its own profiteering standards out of franchise, if it isn’t it just shows how far KFC has fallen!
