Had to wait over 25 mins on my food as there was an issue with the mini fillets. The place was dirty and the toilets were not clean. After getting my burger along with the mini fillet the lettuce in the burger was as fresh as a pair of boxers after a weekend at a festival in 35 degree heat. The fillet was greasy also. Left all but the chips and that's why I was able to give it 1 star. It's a shame as most KFC are not like this. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had a great experience at KFC Magherafelt today. The food was fresh, hot and arrived quickly, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. A special mention to Molly, who was really friendly, helpful and provided excellent customer service with a smile. It’s always nice when staff go the extra mile to make your visit enjoyable.
