Went in via the drive through, I was the only car in the queue, ordered and was told 5 mins. 15 minutes later the food came to my car however order was wrong! I followed a member of staff back inside into what can only be described as a miserable environment, I’ve never seen staff more lethargic or unmotivated in my life! They were moving like slugs with zero urgency.. won’t be going again, shocking experience! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Outstanding SERVICE! Well done Georgia! Tonight you have achieved what a year's worth of marketing could never achieve. Georgia observed the queue of orders, informed that there will be a few minutes wait for some of my order and offered to swap for other items. I said it's fine, I'll wait for it. Georgia then added an item to the order as a courtesy for the waiting time. Did it add significant monetary value? No. Did the company lose money? No. Is the ROI justified? Yes! This simple act of service has changed my view of KFC Middleton entirely. I will drive passed every other KFC, Greg's, McDonald's, you name it, for service at this level. Georgia should be a District Training Manager in customer facing desk service - KFC Corporate take note! I will be happily returning as a customer and hope that Georgia will be there, supervising other employees and showing them the ropes! You have made my day, keep up the great work!
