It was 9:51 pm. Purchased $20 worth of food at the counter. The customer in front of me asked for a bbq sauce and the staff just gave it to him without charging him. After I saw that, I then asked the staff if I could try one as well. He tried to charge me 70 cents. I told him that I saw him giving it for free to the customer in front of me. He said he knows him. To be a bit more insulting, he was like just pay the 70 cents with a big grin on his face. I would totally respect the firmness he put towards me if he was going to be firm then I guess he better have enough energy to treat everyone equally with respect. This isn’t really about 70 cents. It’s more about the store policy versus the behaviour and conduct of the staff. They should treat everyone fairly without any bias or discriminatory remarks. Doesn’t even give a pack of ketchup when ordered over three bags of French fries. Obviously needed to ask for them. If you don’t ask, then they won’t give. :) Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Service here sucks. Food is typical KFC standard. But I'd never recommend coming here if you want "fast" food or you're in a rush. Idk if it's lack of workers but it takes ridiculously long 10-15+ min, everytime I come. My orders are typically a single meal, I'd understand the wait if it was a bigger order or there were more orders ahead of mine (never is). A lot of the reviews for this location seem fake/ influenced by the free drink offer once you leave a 5 star review. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
