KFC Northwich has once again failed to provide the full order despite being asked several times to confirm it was correct. I am absolutely disgusted with the service from KFC Northwich. I placed a £74 order through the drive through, which included a 10 piece bucket and a Wicked Variety Bucket. Because there have been issues with missing items from this branch before, I specifically asked three separate times whether the order was correct before leaving. Each time I was assured that everything was there. When I got home, the order was not complete. The mini fillets were missing and the fries for the Wicked Variety Bucket were also missing. This is not a small mistake. On a £74 order, customers should not have to unpack every single item in the car park just to make sure they have received what they paid for. I asked repeatedly, was reassured repeatedly, and still got home to find key items missing. What makes this worse is that this seems to happen regularly at KFC Northwich. The drive through service is unreliable, the order checking is poor, and there appears to be no proper accountability when staff tell customers the order is correct and it plainly is not. I now have family members missing food from a large order, and I have paid for items I did not receive. That is unacceptable. KFC Northwich needs to seriously improve its order checking process, especially for drive through customers. If staff confirm an order three times, it should actually be correct. I would expect a refund for the missing items and a proper response from management, not a generic apology. Very poor service. Very poor attention to detail. I would not trust this branch with a large order again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Observed Tia helping a customer who struggled with the English and order at the terminal. Her patience was more than mother Teresa. The shift team at 20:00 were fab, friendly and importantly engagingly human. The food was good too. Thanks all. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
