Very disappointing experience at the Nottingham Daleside Road branch today. I collected my KFC App order and checked it inside the restaurant within one minute. One burger was cold, and I believed I had been given the wrong burger. When I politely raised this with a staff member (Ashley), instead of checking the order or apologising, she wrongly accused me of leaving the restaurant for 10 minutes, which was completely untrue as I had never left the restaurant. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional, and she initially refused to provide her name when I asked to make a complaint. Another staff member replaced the burger, but when I spoke to the manager (Keny), he seemed more interested in ending the conversation than addressing my concerns. Cold food can happen, but poor customer service and falsely accusing a customer are unacceptable. I hope KFC provides better staff training and customer service in the future.
