Multiple times when I’ve ordered some kind of bucket / feast thing to take away there’s been things missing from the bag. I once found a piece of metal scouring pad in the coating of a Hot Wing. The food is a bit hit and miss. The first time I ordered the Vegan Burger it was okay, the second time it was the hardest, driest burger I’ve ever had.

thanks KFC Wessex gate... Even after ordering my meal for 4 people and asking at the end window is that everything. To be told yes... Only to get home and find an entire meal missing ( Fillet Tower burger meal ) and you didn't even look busy and live 20minutes away it's not like I can just go back...... ALWAYS ALWAYS check your order before you leave.
