Júlia was the only one who was hospitable. The rest of the staff look and behaved like the did not give a damn, the food was not up to par, lazy and irresponsible as they tried to give me 2 mini fillets inside my pickle burger which is not as advertised and was the only thing I came for, I am upset because I had to send my food back and they gave me the smallest piece of breast fillet the could find, and the burger was pretty atrocious to be honest.I will never order KFC again as they tarnished the name of a great chain who serve up some of the best chicken known to humankind. I am absolutely ashamed of my experience in Ramsgate KFC as my partner was refused basic human rights to usage of the toilet after paying £25 for food. I am absolutely disappointed and traumatised by this experience. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Haven't visited KFC for ages but fancied that finger lickin good flavour so I gave the Ramsgate store a visit. Ordered the Pickle Burger Box Meal from the self service kiosk. I was served my meal quickly although I wasn't offered the chance the "choose" the piece of chicken I wanted which was a shame. I enjoyed the pickle burger although some of the pickles had clearly been under the heat lamp for a while... The fries, gravy and drink were good. The piece of chicken was disappointing and I ended up throwing it away. Store looked mostly clean and tidy. I didn't use the toilets so I can't comment on that. A few undesirables walked in during my meal but there was no trouble. Overall an acceptable meal but a bit more effort and it could have scored higher. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The KFC was good quick service and helpful staff however the reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because the store was under siege the whole time i was there by a rowdy bunch of no good hooligans who ensued to take down the kfc because they were scared and afraid of the gravy Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
