The place has a horrible stench of sewage gas in the dining room. The girl at the till struggles to speak, explain product details, and literally could not count change. Even tried telling the customer that he needs to pay two more pennies. The same pennies that we don't have anymore. But she continued to tell him he was wrong. He had to explain to her pennies don't exist anymore. She didn't know what chicken strips dip was. And didn't know to offer it. Aside from the gas, the lack of skills on behalf of the staff and the drink machine stinking. I mean it's KFC, so what do I expect. I get that new staff train. But not knowing the tills and food offerings. They need to train better and focus on customer interaction in plain English. Not knowing words, foods, and product is beyond regular training.
