I used the drive through because of the renovation, the staffs forgot to give honey mustard sauce not only once but both of the times. I didn’t look into the package as it was drive through, but literally I think they do it on purpose. The foods are too oily, the leg piece barely has any meat. But same thing I ate from the McOrmond Road branch, that was perfect. This branch is not good now, cause the staffs are too unprofessional and poor customer service, They can’t hear clearly and they can’t also suggest you the deals or packages they have. So dumb staff. I am sharing the drive through experience, not the in-store one cause their service was very good before. The food became just street food quality, too oily, not enough meat in it. Just don’t recommend this drive through now! Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1

I came through the drive-thru on May 28th at 2pm. I have to say, the service and food was the best I've ever had at KFC. I got the chicken fingers and they were seriously the best chicken fingers EVER. What really made my experience was the 2 amazing ladies in drive thru. They were so sweet to my dog, gave her a treat and they also made my experience a 10/10. They were friendly, kind and super efficient. They deserve a raise. Next time I'm heading out of town for work, I'll be grabbing lunch from KFC 8th st. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
