ordered all white piece paid for it. got home. it wasn't all white one star. went dark the next day to complain. the clerk told me have to go there during the week when the manager is in. I went back during the week and was promptly told they don't have white meat. but they sure as hell can charge you extra for it. never going back crooks Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We stopped in on our way back home and the cashier who is working the till has very poor attitude. We didn’t say anything but both My son and myself felt the same way. We did not do or say anything but her attitude was of poor taste. Maybe costumer service training. Otherwise was a great experience. Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I was honestly very surprised because I had stopped going to KFC a long time ago, probably because they just could not make it the way they used to, with that crispy coating and great taste. But today, when we came here with the whole family, we were genuinely surprised that we almost finished everything. We ordered a big bucket of wings and some breast pieces, and we tried a bit of everything. It was actually delicious. I was extremely surprised. It was also clean, which was surprising too, because somehow that has also disappeared in many places in Canada. People have stopped caring about cleanliness. You cannot fool customers. Even if the food is good, if the restrooms are dirty, people stop coming. Today gave me hope that maybe things are changing and people will start coming back to KFC again, because honestly my previous experiences were disappointing. It was dirty or the coating felt soggy instead of crispy. P.S. The only downside was that the staff working here were not very accommodating and did not seem to smile much. They came across as a bit unfriendly, which felt unusual compared to how good everything else was. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
