I’ve never had any issues with this branch before it’s usually my go to, and the staff are generally very friendly, especially Faizah. However, today I had a very disappointing experience. I was waiting at the drive through for some time to place an order when, out of nowhere a staff member came over and shouted, “Can you not hear me? If you don’t want to order, then get lost. You’re wasting time.” This completely caught me off guard. I apologised and explained that I hadn’t heard him he wasn’t having any of it. I said to him that I do want to order, but he just huffed and walked away. I found this behaviour extremely rude and unprofessional. After waiting outside with no one taking my order, I had to go inside to make a complaint and place my order there. I managed to get hold of the rude worker name which is sayam I haven’t seen him before. He completely avoided confrontation and making out he was busy. To make matters worse, when I got home, I realised my chips were missing. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Meal type: Dinner Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went with my family to have dinner after a long time . Service was fantastic Very friendly staff and food was amazing, fresh and delicious . Looking forward to come back again .
