I ordered food and had to wait almost 30 minutes to receive it. The staff were completely unprofessional, they didn't seem to care at all, taking their time like they were sitting at home. They were just chatting with each other instead of working and my order was delayed because of it. There was no sense of responsibility or urgency, and it felt like no one was in charge or supervising what was going on. It was very disappointing. Also, the tables were empty and there weren't many people around, yet they still took so long. Unlike my local KFC restaurant, you get your order within just a couple of minutes, they give it to you straight away, and everyone is working quickly even when there are lots of customers. There were way more people there than here and they were handling everything properly. Price per person: £10–20

Communication issues when placing order through drive-through and while paying. Having to wait for food while theres no customers. Food missing from order and over cooked. All of this is repetitive over numerous visits. Wont be back!! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
