EVERY TIME!
Not only are there items missing, but most of the time the chips are cold & the chicken is dry & disgusting.
Again tonight...it's the same scenario.
Missing items which we have to go collect after already coming home.
Stirling KFC need to up their standards & hire staff that know what they're doing.
Very disappointed in it.
