We couldn’t even get anyone to help take our order. This is a joke don’t eat here unless you want to wait forever to have your order taken. We waited probably 10 minutes before we left without our order being taken! The staff were taking everyone else’s order even though we were in line to order. It says right up at the front counter paying with cash or coupons order here. Ok so then take our order. It seems like ever since they got the kiosks in they don’t seem to care to take anyone’s order, any one that is paying with cash or coupons that is. The food has been good every time we’ve eaten here before. But the service has been absolutely terrible! I would not recommend eating here unless you have all day/night to waste! Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Notsohappy 4 roku temu na Restaurant Guru

I don’t know how many times I’ve been to KFC (as typically the food is good) to get home and unpack a bag full of bags of food to find out that not all the food was packed that I ordered. This is very frustrating and annoying cause who in the hell feels like going back to the restaurant to get the meal that’s missing?? Kitchen staff...take the time and pack your orders CAREFULLY! Not impressed!

Unfortunately under the new management, the quality has dropped considerably.
Skin not cooked enough, much greasier, lacking flavor too it seems. Not planning on revisiting anytime soon.
