Visited this KFC yesterday and had such a great experience! The food was fresh, hot, and really tasty, but what made the visit even better was the amazing customer service by Simran. She was super polite, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about customers. Thank you, Simran, for the great service. I had a great experience at the KFC Newton branch! The manager Navojt is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really makes a difference. What stood out the most is that he even remembered my name and provided personalized service it made me feel truly valued as a customer. The customer service overall was outstanding quick, attentive, and genuinely caring. The team works efficiently, and everything was handled smoothly from ordering to pickup. Had a great experience at KFC yesterday.The food was fresh, hot, and really delicious. The staff was also very friendly, polite, and quick with service. Everything was clean and well organized.
