Worst KFC i had visited so Far.This was my second visit to KFC swindon Leisure-Greenbridge Retail Park , and unfortunately I had the same experience both times. Totally Devastating. Probably my last visit. The Original Recipe chicken was disappointing. It was soggy, lacked crispiness, and didn't taste fresh. It felt like it had been cooked a few hours earlier and left sitting for too long before being served. On the positive side, the Hot Wings were excellent—fresh, crispy, hot, and full of flavour. They were definitely the highlight of the meal. I hope the team can improve the freshness and quality of the Original Recipe chicken because that's what KFC is best known for. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The worst KFC ive ever had. I very rarely bother with reviews for fast food restaurants, but this was truly awful. Hash brown in zinger meal was rock hard, chips were awful, nothing was fresh. I get it though, its 30 degrees outside, noone wants to be at work, the service was very transactional and the guys in the kitchen were clearly sending out awful food orders on purpose. Real shame as all i wanted was a cheeky kfc to get rid of my hangover and now i feel even worse!! Stay well clear of this place, they will con you out of your money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Both meals were overall v poor. Food at best was low average. Both the chicken, and the chips were certainly not appetising visually. They were warm at best. Chips (apparently Large(!)) were disappointing in touch and taste, they were soggy, and obv not freshly fried. No option within the app (which is disappointing overall as well) to order a drink with no ice? The App (whilst busy) is not what I would consider user friendly, it’s clumsy. For Management & Advertising pse note, it will be a while before I go back to a KFC! Time of visit approx 1245hrs. Restaurant not busy. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
