I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, the cashier at this location has repeatedly been unfriendly and dismissive when serving customers. This has happened on more than one occasion, so it does not appear to be an isolated incident. Based on my experience—and similar comments in other reviews—I would strongly suggest considering another location. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. The cashier was disrespectful and unprofessional, which made the visit unpleasant from the start. After eating a few bites of my meal I began to experience abnormal adverse symptoms - it appears to me that KFC along with other businesses in Toronto, Canada are placing harmful substances in people's food without their consent. Beware of eating at these fast food establishments. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location is the worst location I’ve ever encountered. It’s the same Filipino lady who is always giving me problems time and time again. I have so many bad experiences with her. They mess up my order a lot and forget to give me items where I have to come back form my home to go get what I paid for. But the last time I simply asked for compensation for the big headache as all other businesses do, and she didn’t want to give me anything. The most recent experience, I spent about $70 on 10 pieces of chicken and 3 large sides and was only given 4 ketchups. I asked for more, she gave me problems and was very rude about it. She didn’t want to give me any more. I spent around $70 and I can’t even get 5 cents packs of ketchup for a whole family. I even had to end up going to the store just to buy ketchup to eat outside with my family. It was like pulling teeth. Whoever her boss is, she is definitely costing this business money. If you don’t like your job, QUITTTTT. Take a look at the other reviews on here. This is the worst location ever and I advise everyone to spend their money somewhere else. The customers in this community have been complaining about this for years and nothing is changing. No wonder the ratings are so low. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
