On April 19th, I placed a combo order at around 9 PM and waited for over 2 hours. When I called, I was told the driver had just picked up the order. Later, after another 30 minutes, I was informed the driver had already left, but they were unable to track the delivery since it was handled by a third-party service though i directly ordered from kfc app. I requested to cancel the order and issue a refund, and I was assured it had been cancelled and that I would receive the refund within 3–5 business days. However, it has now been over a month and I still have not received my refund. Very disappointing experience with poor communication and no resolution. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dirty unsanitary location. The tables are all dirty. Nobody bothers wiping. No air-conditioning. Toilets are brutal with urine everywhere. Garbage bins heaping. If they don’t care about cleanliness on the Customer side, I can only imagine how they handle the food. Stay away. Calling health inspection. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had one of the worst fast-food experiences of my life at this KFC location today. I placed two orders for pickup, and almost nothing in the bags matched what I actually ordered. First of all, I ordered three dipping sauces, and they only put one in the bag. The chicken that was supposed to be tenders came as bone-in chicken, which is completely different from what I paid for. The chicken itself was also very low quality and poorly prepared. The order was also supposed to include two coleslaws, but they only gave one. Instead of the sandwich that was part of the meal, they threw in a tiny, cheap wrap that smelled bad and looked nothing like what was advertised. On top of that, this location always makes customers wait forever, even if you placed your order 20 minutes in advance. Every single time you arrive, they act like they have no idea who you are or what your order is, and they start asking you what you ordered again as if they’ve never seen it. This is honestly one of the dirtiest KFC locations you can go to in Toronto. Staff were handling food without gloves, and the whole place felt extremely unprofessional. If a health inspector walked into this store, I wouldn’t be surprised if it got shut down. To make things even worse, the manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional, easily one of the most disrespectful managers I’ve ever encountered. I’ve eaten at many KFC locations before and never had an experience this bad. After this, neither I nor my family or friends will ever come back to this location again — and honestly this experience makes me not even want KFC anymore.
