Came to KFC today with my 2 boys. Staff were friendly helpful and informative. All of us enjoyed our food. The strawberry shortbread milkshake was beautiful. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Placed an order via Uber eats and it turned up still sealed by KFC. We were missing a coleslaw, can of Pepsi and large chips and the portions of large chips we did receive were disgustingly small one only had 14 chips in and at £4.19 a portion this is awful. The boneless chicken pieces were cold too. We don't usually have any problems with KFC and granted this was a late order but if they couldn't fufil the whole order I would have preferred they said this and refunded or even put a note in stating this and offering a refund for the items instead of stretching what they did have between the other 4 portions of chips! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food is very good. Staff is very nice. Only have one observation its not complaint but I think my message may help for others as well. I frequently going to this outlet and while using toilet I seen their was empty dispenser of hand soap and I spoke with one of kfc member last week but they didn’t take any action and again I visited today and same issue found then I spoke with one of lady staff twicely and then after may was manager he said they can’t do anything as for filling the soap in dispenser they have other team and they are not coming for the same. My question is how health and safety is passing their hygiene check if this kind of problems they have. I don’t mind if you not gonna fill for a year but this is kind of service for everyone who is using toilet and hand wash. Thank you. I hope management will take serious note on this please.
