Never have i had a pint of beer as bad in my life . £6.50 for a pint tried 2 different beers both rubbish, early afternoon served in a plastic pot and not a bubble in site absolutely shite. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: £10–20

As with the previous reviews on here who have had issues with the female bounce who picks on people for unknown reasons. She picked on our bald friend and said he had to leave, which was absolutely baffling as he wasn't drunk as he was our designated driver!! The previous reviews have stated how she clearly harbours a range of views that should not be present in her line of work (or daily life to be honest) as she is clearly racist, baldest (which is new to me today), and down right rude!! Sort it our Kaiserkeller - she is the reason you only had 3 customers in your venue on one of the busiest and hottest days of 2023!
