We’ve used Kake Temptations before as a family, but the past two orders were unacceptable. Two weeks ago they ruined a birthday cake, then tried to blame their admin team for not following the order sheet. They offered only a minimal discount and didn’t make a genuine effort to apologise or fix it. We gave them a second chance with a pre-booked bridal shower cake, assuming the first issue was a one-off. It wasn’t. The cake was dry and crumbly, the writing on top was wrong, and we were told “nothing could be done.” For a custom cake at a premium price, we expect it to match the brief and be fresh and well-finished. It feels like they’re taking on more than they can handle and the quality and customer service have gone downhill. Based on our experience, I would not recommend spending money here. Attached is a photo after we cut a slice, showing the texture and dryness of this cake. Disgraceful! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Rang the shop a numerous number of times to place an order, when I went into the shop both members of staff said they were really busy hence the phone isn’t on but no customer were in the store. I requested a cookie dough brownie, baked in store, the woman said take it home and do it it’s easier, this is the second time I’ve asked for this. IG clearly states they bake it but on both occasions they didn’t want to and told me do it at home instead shame as the products are 10/10, service needs work. I used their instructions to bake at home they were also incorrect. Price per person: £1–10

I would like to commend Hasinah and Nasiah for providing an outstanding exemplary level of service. Their dedication, courtesy, and willingness to assist made the entire process enjoyable. The desserts are truly exceptional and exquisite. Highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
