Ordered two of the mixed grill wraps, we received doner kebab and chips. Tried to ring them to resolve and no answer for over half an hour. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Alex. We do not have mix grill wrap in the menu. We have mix donner wrap which is donner meat and chiken meat in the wrap. You have received what you ordered.

I had a similar experience with Sinead, my chicken tikka was undercooked had pink in some pieces and that contaminates with the food. Another time I ordered the same but this time the chicken was so tough it was crunchy, grilled chicken is not meant to be crunchy and you charge over £9 for this single item. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a chicken tikka in naan for delivery from Kebab Rush and unfortunately had a very concerning experience. When the food arrived, the chicken was clearly undercooked. This isn’t just a taste issue – undercooked chicken is a serious health risk. I immediately called the shop to raise the concern. At first, the man on the phone told my partner that he couldn’t find the order on Deliveroo. Then he changed his story and said that two members of staff had checked the chicken and it was fine. Instead of apologising or offering a replacement, he demanded that we bring the food back to the shop at 12:20am – despite the fact that it had been ordered for home delivery. That is completely unreasonable, especially late at night. The man on the phone was rude, dismissive and unapologetic throughout the call. There was no accountability taken and no genuine attempt to resolve the issue professionally. Very disappointed with both the food quality and the customer service. I would not recommend based on this experience. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
