Unfortunately, I visited after finishing work, feeling tired and very hungry. I placed my order as usual, and shortly afterwards another customer came in, which is perfectly normal. To my surprise, the person who arrived after me was served before I was. When I asked about this, I was told that her order was simpler than mine (I had ordered a burger and chips). I asked again whether this was really necessary, but my concern was dismissed. After that, I asked if I could cancel my order, and the staff member serving me began insulting me and treating me in a very disrespectful manner. I do not understand why asking for an explanation about the priority given to orders should be such a problem, or whether the issue was related to my nationality, as the customer who was served before me was white. I have worked in hospitality for many years, and in my opinion this is neither professional behaviour nor an appropriate way to treat customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Your order had a 10-minute cooking time, and the customer received a salad wrap instead. I made that first because there was nothing else to cook. I explained it to you, but you didn't understand. We apologize anyway, but you didn't need to give us a star rating here. Are you satisfied now, or did they give you a medal?

Top quality kebab, from kebaburger. Incredible portion size, juicy meaty kofte, lamb & chicken shish. A long with some lamb doner thrown in there, you cannae beat it. Nice toasted pitta and fresh salad with a selection of sauces to try from. This place does a great burger too! Different fried sides, you gotta give it a try!
