Terrible experience. The boy at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional, and the service was painfully slow. To make things worse, I found a hair in my ice cream, which is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The shop may look nice, but that’s the only good thing about it. The gelato tasted off, the quality is poor, and the service is awful. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I have visited Keeno’s several times in the past and usually had a good experience, with friendly staff and decent service. However, my most recent visit was quite disappointing. Instead of the usual staff member, there was a lady at the counter who was noticeably rude in her behavior. After placing my order for a pista shake and a red velvet shake and completing the payment, I was handed the shakes without any carry bag, while other customers were given their orders properly packed. When I requested a bag, it was provided reluctantly and with an unprofessional attitude, which felt disrespectful. More concerning was the quality of the pista shake. Shortly after consuming it, I fell seriously ill and strongly suspect food poisoning. This has never happened to me before at Keenos, which makes this experience even more upsetting. I hope the management looks into staff behavior and hygiene standards seriously, as consistency in service and food safety is crucial. This visit did not reflect the quality I had previously associated with Keeno’s.
