Unfortunate experience, have been there before this time steak was cold, also fries and veg were cold, plate must have sat for a while before pickup. My wife's meal took a long time same basic order it was very hot but steak was ordered medium and arrived burnt.

I have been a regular customer at Kelseys since it opened about 15 years ago. It is unfortunate that there is new management. The restaurant tends to close periodically during business hours. You show up to a scribbled sign on the door "Sorry restaurant closed for maintenance. Come back at 4:00 pm" The food is generally poor quality and over priced. Don't go there for "pub" look and feel. This is a family restaurant. Expect kiddie parties and noise during your sports on TV. They renovated a few years back and ruined the cozy bar like ambiance removing the walls between main restaurant and bar. The manager and bar cronies tend to hustle over priced beer and are an unfriendly sort. If you don't order beer with 1/2 price wings on Thursdays, be prepared for rude treatment and service. The only good thing about this place is the 1/2 price wings on Thursdays; but the place has gone downhill under new management. I now go to Moose Mcquires for Wednesday wing nite. The service is the best and the quality of food is awesome. Moose wings beat Kelseys hands down. Great beer specials too at Moose McQuires at corner of Jeanne D'arc and Innes!

Great service and it's a lively place. Food is over cooked, and my daughter's done her meal and mine finally hasn't arrived. A group of painters painting here at this restaurant. That's different. I hope that has a positive impact on others customers and regulars.
