I never write reviews but I am truly disturbed by the way I was treated. I finished up my shopping and there was about 10 minutes until the mall closed (other stores were still open) it was 7:50. I walked up to the Kernels which had its shudders half drawn and there was a girl with her back turned doing something on the computer. I asked her if they had closed and without even turning around or acknowledging me very curtly said “Yeah”. I asked again because I couldn’t hear her and again she was extremely rude and with her back to me still said again in an even ruder tone said “YES!”. I was so in shock i just walked away. I totally get wanting to be done a shift, but to not even say hello, just completely ignoring me with 10 minutes until closing was unacceptable. I am likely going to contact their corporate office about this as it was absolutely not okay.

We always get kernels popcorn when we come to Edmonton. When we went to place our order the lady working was doing her makeup at the counter. She wanted to take our order but I had to ask her if she would mind washing her hands first or putting on gloves. She rinsed her hands under the water for a second and that was sufficient. I was so grossed out by her cleanliness
