5:00pm on a Friday and they were out of beef burgers. Settled on a chicken Caesar sandwich, which they mistakenly made as a Buffalo chicken sandwich and offered to me. I declined and kept my original choice. Waitstaff brought me a small cup of fries and apologized. Silly me, I thought those fries were a courtesy for the mixup and additional wait - but no. When my sandwich eventually arrived, there were no fries on the plate. Guess that bit of fries I’d been served 15 minutes prior that were now gone were part of my meal. The sandwich was good, but for $17US, I could have done better elsewhere. Also, the chipotle sauce container they brought to my table was empty, and when I requested more, was told they were out of that too. Price per person: £10–20

I have been a couple of times now. Staff are fantastic, smiley, helpful and very friendly. There is a separate menu for gluten free which has lots of choice for both meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans. The also have gluten free bottles of beer and lager. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My husband & I had a fantastic experience at The Keystones enjoying their bottomless brunch. Taylor & Ellis provided amazing nonstop service and the food from Sandra in the kitchen was delicious! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for bottomless brunch in York or a cheeky drink (: xx. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
