After 5:30pm a certain manager leaves, once she does expect a serious decline in quality. Chicken was either over cooked or re-fried old chicken. It's extra oily which is expected with fried chicken, however extremely dark...the skin is tough and had an old after taste that isn't typical of kfc. The place can be a hit or miss depending who is working at the time. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The worst KFC I have ever experienced. Their “system was down” yet they had the drive thru open and cars trapped. Common sense peopleIf your system is down close your drive-through and don’t waste peoples time. Move people out of the drive-through so people can get out not a hard thing to do. Avoid this location. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I will not even give 1 star for this location. Came to order food, but the staff was more occupied with the drive thru and were not even ready to help the store front. I waited for more than 15 minutes with no service from anyone and a line up of another 6-7 customers behind me. We asked a few times to be served but were informed that they are helping the drive thru first. Totally unacceptable service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
