Absolutely terrible place, spent £70 on food for the family and the staff couldn't get the order right. They completely muddled up our meals, missed out 2 pieces of chicken completely and the food was absolutely disgusting and tasted like it had been in the fridge for a week. Absolutely disgusting and doesn't even deserve 1 star. Useless!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

the disappointment is real - I have waited so long to try the pickle mania menu at KFC. I’ve been so busy with work I’ve not had time until today to try the menu. I LOVE pickles, I was so excited to try everything. However, my local KFC had almost none of the pickle items when I ordered on the app once at the restaurant. They did have the pickle burger at least. No frickles or the loaded pickle fries or pickle Pepsi. When I opened the burger, what a huge disappointment. I feel like complaining to trading standards. Photos show side by side the stock image and reality. Now I know they never look like the photos but come on! 3 pickles on the top of the burger, one on the bottom. That’s not a pickle burger! No difference in the pickles either they were all the same type. Not the staffs fault if they had genuinely ran out of products, but at the very least give me pickles if pickles are promised. The Colonel will be turning in his grave. Not happy.. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just been to buy a 10 piece family feast from this drive through and the chicken is not cooked and quite raw , £25.00 just gone in the bin . Unbelievable . Nit happy at all . Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
