I ordered the BBQ drip burger box meal based on the picture on the website and the advert on TV. What turned up was nothing like I ordered, absolutely shocking. It looked like zero effort had been put in to make it. Also I still can’t understand how you can make beautiful tasty crispy chicken but your fries are cold and soggy. If I eat KFC again, I’ll be eating in the restaurant, I won’t be ordering it for delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 4

I experienced an unacceptable attitude from a young female staff member on 20th June around 9pm. She was rude and disrespectful toward delivery drivers and spoke in a condescending tone. There is no excuse for speaking down to others, and this kind of behaviour is unprofessional. I hope management addresses this and reminds staff to treat delivery drivers with basic respect. It’s disgusting and unacceptable.
