Our family visited this KFC expecting a pleasant dine-in experience, but we were extremely disappointed by the poor customer service and misleading information. Before placing our order, we specifically asked the staff what time the dine-in area closed and were told it would remain open until 11:00 PM. The online information also stated the same closing time. Based on this information, we ordered our food to eat inside the restaurant. However, after we received our food, the staff informed us that the dine-in area had actually closed at 10:00 PM and asked us to leave. Even the security guard told us we could not remain in the restaurant despite having just received our meal. If the dine-in area was due to close at 10:00 PM, this should have been clearly communicated before we placed our order. Providing incorrect information both in person and online caused unnecessary inconvenience and ruined our family’s dining experience. I recommend that management: * Ensure staff provide accurate information about dine-in closing times. * Correct the online opening and closing times to avoid misleading customers. * Improve customer service and staff communication. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. * Ensure consistent food quality and taste. * Arrange regular food safety inspections to ensure the restaurant complies with food hygiene regulations and maintains safe food handling practices. Overall, this experience fell well below the standards expected from KFC. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to prevent other customers from experiencing the same issues. Visited KFC Liverpool - Chaloner Street this evening and used the drive-thru service. I placed my order, paid at the second window, collected my food, and drove home. When I opened the meal, I discovered that the chicken wings and chicken strips I had paid for were completely missing from the order. I immediately called the restaurant on to report the issue. Unfortunately, there was no receipt included in the bag, which made matters more difficult lucky paid from card and took picture when open my package. I first spoke to an employee who was unable to assist, so I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor. I was then transferred to a supervisor JA—N. The response I received was extremely disappointing. The only solution offered was for me to drive back to the restaurant and collect the missing items myself. As a customer, I paid the full amount and expected to receive the full order. Mistakes can happen in any business, and I would have been understanding if the issue had been handled professionally. What disappointed me most was the lack of customer service, ownership, and effort to resolve the problem. Management should review both order accuracy procedures and how customer complaints are handled. My advice to other customers: Always check your order before leaving the drive-thru Price per person: £30–40 Service: 1
