Just ordered a kfc family feast with beans tango and sweetcorn £30.00 this is what we got from clifton kfc 2 gravey and shit chicken and no tango orange. Phoned and Mckensie said manager not avalible you need to take higher. Absoloutly disgusting service. Just put it straight in the bin. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came through the drive-thru with my dad, who was excited to redeem a reward, but unfortunately we were met with some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. It was raining heavily, and we were confused about how to order as there was no one at the ordering window and we couldn’t hear anything through the speaker system, which also wasn’t clearly signposted. We drove around to ask for help and were immediately met with hostility and blame from a blonde staff member. We approached politely and were simply confused, not rude or confrontational. She insisted she had asked what we wanted “five times” and made no attempt to apologise or help clarify the situation. The manager also failed to handle the situation professionally, offering neither an explanation nor an apology on behalf of the staff member. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience, and we decided not to bother driving back around. A little more professionalism and communication would have gone a long way.
