Picked this up on my way home from work and what a disappointment it was! Regular sized fries and the bag was nearly empty, 4 mini fillets that were more mini than fillet, and very cold I may add. Pepsi with next to no syrup, no straws given and the bins closed. I’ve had some good experiences in KFC and some bad experiences but this takes the crown. £10 is worthless these days by the looks of it Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Went to order an item from the new menu today, went to check my bag after receiving my order and an item was not there. The colleague providing my food did not tell me this. It was only after I raised the issue that they informed me the item was unavailable, do not appreciate the dishonesty, would’ve been nice to know when I received my order instead of having to ask where it was Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1
