Appalling experience. I went with a friend on a Sunday. The Ntaba was overly chewy and pieces were majority fat. I proceeded to order a grilled tilapia meal and it was inedible as it had been excessively salted ( even more than ocean water). I asked for a replacement which was refused but the kitchen staff admitted that they had tasted the food and agreed that it had been over salted. They didn’t know the whereabouts of the manager and said they needed his permission to replace the poor quality meal so they asked me to wait around in hopes that he ‘may’ come in that night which I did for over 1 hour and eventually gave up so I requested a refund. They took my number and promised a complimentary meal the next time I’m in the area and once their manager can approve of it. I have never been contacted since and frankly would recommend avoid this establishment unless they’re trying to die of hypertension. Do better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
