Had enough of this place fullstop. Each and everytime the food isnt up to standard. The fish is all batter, no Cod at all, the chips yesterday were the driest rankest chips the 4 of us had ever had, he asked, any sauces, yes please , bit of mayo please, so whats he do, same as everytime we have to make sure and say, he goes and covers the whole burger bap with an inch thick totally covering the bap with Mayonaise ffs, I said what the hell, why have you done that i said a bit. His reply, you don't want? , ffs, they dont bas#!£d listen, I said do it again please, straight away I heard the boss say scrape it off, absolute disgrace, should've been replaced totally, wont be eating here again, it truly is effin crap the food standards. I will be in touch with Food standards promptly. Avoid and travel further for better quality for your hard earned money! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food is always fresh, the staff are always going above and beyond. Prices are brilliant considering the high quality food and service they provide. Thank you King Cod as you’ve made Friday chippy night the best experience for the last 6 years, not only for me but my wife and children too! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
