My journeys have taken me all across the globe, from the red sea to the Appalachian mountains. In my travels I have sampled cuisines from all across the world but none compare to my experience at Kinjo Sushi & Grill Westhills. The food and atmosphere were incredible, but what really stood out was the server. When our server, a young gentleman by the name of Ken approached our table a wave of calm rushed across our bodies like the tides on a beach. The ambient lighting of the restaurant shimmered and glistened off his silhouette, giving the impression that our server was not just a man but something more as though we were seated next to some divine presence. With incredible precision and dexterity he served us our waters, and as we took a sip from it all felt right in the world as though the water itself was an elixir of life. The food was no different. With each bite came a rush of euphoria. Every time Ken spoke we all listened intently. He spoke of many wonders of the world, long forgotten mysteries, ancient civilizations, and we learned much not just about the world we live in but about ourselves. We left the restaurant after we finished our meal and still a part of Ken's presence lingered within us long after our departure. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
