Had to travel to area for family. It is the closest motel so I booked 2 nights. After reading the reviews, I was somewhat concerned. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Room was nice and clean And comfortable. If you are expecting Hotel Saskatchewan, this isn’t it. But for a small town motel, it is nice. Appears to have been renovated recently. Restaurants nearby are good food and friendly service. Service: 5

If you’re looking for a Hilton don’t stay here! But if you’re looking for very kind staff who are trying their best in a small town and decent rooms this is a great place. Had a motorcycle breakdown and they were very accommodating and fairly priced. Several great places to eat in Kipling and nice little pub in the motel. I’d stay here again!
