We’re a little confused by the comment about curry covering the burger bun, as that’s not something we serve with our burgers. If there has been a mix-up, we’d be happy to look into it further. We can assure you that all of our burgers are freshly prepared using quality ingredients, with nothing processed or frozen. Our burger meals are also priced from just £5.99 to £6.99, which we believe offers excellent value for freshly made food. While burgers and chips may not be the healthiest option on our menu, we do offer a wide range of healthy meal preps, rice boxes, wraps and paninis, all with calorie and macro information available to help customers make the choice that best suits their goals. Service was fine at first, food was fine until half way through eating I noticed a very visible eyebrow hair. I pointed it out to the person who served me who then took my tray to the back came back and proceeded to tell me it was just a “grill mark” when I very clearly, obviously knew and saw it was an eyebrow hair. I would’ve been absolutely fine if he hadn’t tried to mock what I saw in a sly manner, food has always been nice but I didn’t like the way I was treated at the end as if I didn’t see anything. He did offer to replace it but I wasn’t offered reimbursement.
