Went today for lunch and had a lovely experience! Hoon took such great care of us. I had the tofu special which is his mums own recipe which he ate growing up! It was incredible. We will definitely be back again soon to try the katsu special! Thank you to Hoon and the team :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently visited Korpan and had a fantastic experience. The kimchi was incredibly delicious, and the Signature Katsu Spice Bowl was packed with flavor. They also serve what I would call the best katsu curry in the UK! One thing that really surprised me was the portion size. When I first saw the price, I expected a relatively small serving, but the portion was actually very large and left me feeling completely full. On top of the great food, the service was excellent. Hun and the lady working there were both extremely kind, welcoming, and friendly, which made the experience even better. This is 100% a hidden gem in Brighton for sure! The food is so authentic and tasty, and the price is less than 12 pounds. The Korean owner is so friendly and explain the ingredients are obtained from the local market daily and is fresh.
