I often go to another branch however I was pleasantly surprised by the fast and friendly service. The gentleman with the black curly hair had evidently prepared my food and came out to hand it to me directly as the front team looked like they were quite busy. He was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed and sent me off with a smile. I will definitely return to this branch when possible. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Delicious small rice box but cake desert was solid. Poor cudtomer service dealing with this. The Manager first offered to reheat it in the microwave! Then iffered a swap expecting me to absorb the 30p difference but he declined to do likewise for a pricer item and ultimatrly put through a refund and new purchase to save 30p when we'd spent £30+ on our meal. Very mean spirited. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40
