Was in here the another week or so and the goth girl behind the bar was very welcoming and knowledgeable she knew all the drink prices so I could stick to my budget for the night while still enjoying myself. Would recommend her to anyone who goes for a night out at this club Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went to Level Nightclub this past Friday night—technically Saturday morning, May 2nd—with my boyfriend, and I felt completely targeted by the staff. My boyfriend is from Liverpool and knows the guards, but I’ve only been here for nine months as a student at the University of Liverpool. The guard looked right at my boyfriend and told him he could go in, but that I couldn’t. He didn't even look at me or bother to check my ID. When my boyfriend tried to ask why they were doing this, it just seemed to trigger them more. We weren't even at the door anymore; we were at the end of the line when one of the guards came up to us and started walking right towards me. He kept saying I was "too close" and needed to move away, clearly trying to intimidate me and rage-bait me into a reaction, even though I'm much smaller than him. As soon as he realized I was recording, he got even more aggressive and smug. I kept asking for a reason why I wasn't being allowed in, and he just said "no reason" in a really disrespectful, smug way. It is a joke that this club has so many reviews complaining about the security and nothing has been done. This was a total abuse of power and felt racist just because I don't look English. I’m a student here, I pay rent and work here, and I shouldn't be treated like this. I have the whole thing on video and I’ll be filing a formal complaint. I really recommend this place installs cameras with sound so they can see how abusive and childish their staff actually is. I don't care about getting into this place again, it's not worth it. Lost my phone and wallet here. I own an airtag which says my item is still in there, lost and found lying aswell saying they dont have it when i can SEE its there. Hella shady place where staff should be looked into for criminal activity Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
