This review will tell you about poor execution, bad service, and bad food. La Mano has multiple websites and those menus differ from what’s available at the food stand. In my case it was $5 meatball, turning into a $15 meatballs - no thanks. To the Mgmt - figure out your menu. The service here is another one. Once I cancelled the $15 meatballs I was met with major sass. Promptmess was not ensured and when I collected my food she kept up the sass. You should be grateful for customers, they keep you in business. Lastly, you menu mentioned burrata and I don’t see that on my food. I see a lot of comments about that too. Cutting corners isn’t cool. La Mano has a new location opening in the Broward, and good luck because you’re gonna need it. Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered 2 rigatoni burrata to go and when I got home, there is no burrata on either of them. I’ve tried messaging and calling with no response. Phones are disconnected. Pasta is spicy and dry. I’ve ate here for years and this was really disappointing. Hoping management can get back to me please. Price per person: CA$40–50 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I stopped in to have the carbonara on a Sunday evening. This is the worst pasta I have had at any restaurant or home. The pasta was chewy and undercooked. The sauce was watery. There was no flavour. I did eat it all out of necessity as I was starving after a busy day. I did not bother complaining but when ordering and picking up my food the staff seemed to have a lot of attitude. I implore you to avoid this establishment. I hope they close this stall in first street market and replace it with something else or fire everyone and hire competent staff who are capable of cooking pasta. I am sad and embarrassed I spent $22 of my own money on it, and gave them a tip to boot in hopes of a bigger portion. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
