This place is billed as a German bierkeller, but there's not much German about it. Two German beers, sharing the menu with the likes of Carling, Hawkstone and Madri. No German food, only slices of pizza. No German music; the DJ played a load of party songs. Still, we had a decent time singing along and dancing on the tables. I'm just disappointed at the lack of decent German beer/food/music.

Amazing atmosphere. Easily the best of the Worcester nightclubs. Nice staff. And lovely live bands! The upstairs is even better than the downstairs id argue. Great atmosphere. As well as good prices on drinks. The DJs they have too are always a blast!

Having visited on several previous occasions, we had a really disappointing experience. On New Year’s Eve we paid over £80 for guaranteed seats, which turned out not to be guaranteed at all. This led to several uncomfortable confrontations over seating that completely spoiled the evening. To make matters worse, management have not replied to the three messages I’ve sent since. For a place we’d previously enjoyed, this level of service and lack of response is really poor. Complete disregard for customers' concerns.
