Was there for a friend's birthday. It was set out lovely. Staff were very polite and helpful. Great service. Lovely afternoon.

Went to excellent carvery two weeks running on a Sunday in lakeside restaurant. Excellent food and service. Staff efficient and friendly, catered for autistic son with no fuss. Highly recommend Service: 5

Had a carvery today and found a ginger beard hair or hair in my mash potato’s tried to talk to the chef about it and he was very rude told me that it couldn’t be his as his wearing a hair net when he clearly had ginger hairs himself. Told me if I didn’t like it to go to the Toby carvery instead. My issue wasn’t sorted and I had no refund or money off my meal came with my family and the meals cost over 50 pound. So disgusted and disappointed as the food is normally spot on. Service: 1
