The worker at the front was very rude. He did not greet me, and did not confirm the type of sauce I wanted. Additionally, he got upset with me for clicking the wrong button on the pin pad. I understand that it is a tough job, but it was not a pleasant experience. On the other hand, the food is pretty good with generous portions, and it came quickly. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We stopped here for lunch on our drive down to Niagara, and it was a fantastic choice. The food was absolutely delicious, and the quality was top-notch. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. I am writing this so may be the owner can look into it. The food at Lazeez Shawarma is decent, but their customer service is frustrating. They almost never pick up the phone, so if you want to place an order ahead of time to save yourself the wait, it’s pretty much impossible. This becomes even more inconvenient if you have a special order that requires extra prep time. When you go in person, they often say they’re “very busy,” but it doesn’t usually look that way. You end up having to wait regardless, which defeats the whole purpose of trying to call ahead. Overall, the food is okay, but the lack of responsiveness and customer service makes the experience less enjoyable. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
